Inside the Snowland Passport: Land, Hand, Symbol, Journey

A brand story should be traceable to records. The Snowland Passport is our product-level method for separating what is known, what is supplied as a declaration, and what remains unverified.

Land

Land records the source region for materials and the cultural context referenced by the design. “Inspired by Tibet” is not the same as “made in Tibet.” We publish the latter only when a record supports it.

Hand

Hand records the maker or workshop, construction steps, completion date and consent to publish identity or images. A maker may remain anonymous publicly, but the reason and private record should still exist.

Symbol

Symbol records the motif, language check, source used for interpretation and cultural review date. Meaning is never rewritten as a medical, financial or spiritual guarantee.

Journey

Journey records preparation status, Shenzhen export handoff, international air dispatch and delivery milestones. The customer receives proactive updates instead of an invented fixed delivery promise.

What each status means

Verified means we reviewed supporting documentation for the individual piece. Declared means the material or origin comes from a supplier or maker statement. Not yet verified means we do not have enough evidence to make that claim. We show the status so you can decide with the same information we have, and update it only when new evidence is verified.
