Sending a product through WhatsApp or email starts a conversation. An order is accepted only after Snowland Muse confirms availability, options, price, preparation time, delivery plan and payment instructions in writing. Please use only the official contact details shown on this website.

• Availability and reference prices can change before confirmation
• Custom, resized and blessed pieces may require additional time
• Payment is requested only after the complete order is agreed

02 · Products & cultural context

Variation and evidence are part of the record.

Natural or declared stones, constructed surfaces and mixed materials can vary in colour, texture, markings and dimensions. Images are representative, but screens and individual materials differ. The Snowland Passport states whether origin, maker and material claims are pending, inspired or verified. References to intention, symbolism or blessing describe cultural context; they are not medical, therapeutic, financial or guaranteed spiritual claims.

03 · Preparation & delivery

Timing is confirmed personally.

We communicate the expected preparation window before payment. International delivery normally travels from Shenzhen by air, followed by a destination-country carrier. Customs, weather, seasonal routes and local delivery conditions can affect timing. Duties and import charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Eligibility depends on the condition of the piece and whether it was custom, resized or personally prepared. The return and warranty page forms part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not limited by this policy.

Snowland Muse owns or licenses the website design, writing, photography, video, logos and product presentation. You may browse and share links for personal use, but may not reproduce, scrape for republication, sell, misrepresent or interfere with the website or its content without permission.

We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but may correct errors, update content or temporarily interrupt access. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
