Snowland Muse does not use an automated checkout. Stock, sizing, customization and blessing requests are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before payment. Ready pieces can leave sooner; reserved or made-to-order pieces require additional preparation.

02 · Delivery & tracking
From Shenzhen, the final leg is by air.
Once your parcel is prepared for export in Shenzhen, it enters an international air-freight route. The last-mile carrier depends on your country and address. Tracking can take a short time to become active after the first scan.
